Our staffing agency represents a fast-growing recruiting marketplace that connects companies with specialized recruiters to fill their hardest roles. By centralizing this process, they enable faster and more cost-effective hires—turning months of hiring into days.

This 12-employee company, founded in 2023 and backed by $25M from prestigious investors including founders of Canva, YouTube, Instacart, Eventbrite, Doordash, and Twitch, has grown rapidly to reach 8-figures in ARR. They're seeking Operations Leads to support their marketplace of recruiters. This in-office role is based in San Francisco's North Beach district.

Role

  • In-office position working in San Francisco's North Beach district
  • $110K to $180K OTE (70/30 base/commission split) plus competitive equity
  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or GTM at an early-stage startup
  • Alternatively: Experience as an early investor/associate at a VC firm or new grad from top school
  • Client-facing experience required (startup, elite organization, or other relevant background)

  • Streamline and automate tedious processes to free up recruiters for high-leverage activities

  • Have 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, or GTM at an early-stage startup, experience as a VC associate, or are a top graduate with startup interest
