Having recently secured a $65M Series B round, they've experienced rapid growth with an impressive client roster including Duolingo, Notion, Rippling, Eventbrite, Webflow, and BILT.

This 60-employee company, with total funding of $100M from prestigious investors like Bain Capital Ventures, Accel, a16z, BOND Capital, and A*, is seeking Deployment Strategists to interface between engineering, product, and customers post-sale. This in-office role is based in San Francisco.

Role

  • Individual contributor role working 5 days per week on-site in San Francisco
  • $170K to $230K base salary, plus competitive equity
  • You'll manage a portfolio of 10-15 customers in a post-sale capacity
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, business generalist positions required (founder, GTM, finance/consulting, deployed engineer, engagement manager)
  • Experience at a startup (early-growth stage) is necessary
  • Bachelor's degree from a top 20 university
  • Technical acumen to work effectively with engineering teams
